DIY / custom-made bracelets require approximately 24–72 hours for production. Shipping typically takes 1–3 business days depending on the destination and carrier.

For regular bracelet collections, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

DIY / custom-made pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personalized nature. If there is an issue with sizing, customers may contact us for resizing assistance.
