All bracelets are carefully handmade and packaged with intention.

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

DIY / custom-made bracelets require approximately 24–72 hours for production before shipment.

After shipment, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

SpringRain is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
