Return & Refund Policy

At SpringRain, each bracelet is carefully handmade with attention and intention.

Regular bracelet collections are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

DIY / custom-made bracelets are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personalized nature.

If there is an issue with sizing, customers may contact us for resizing assistance.

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, and natural materials are considered part of the uniqueness of handmade products and are not considered defects.
